FAQ
How long do media conversions take?
All conversions work in real time. So if it’s a 2 hour tape, it will take at least 2 hours to convert. Once the tape has been converted we then transfer the file to your USB/hard drive, which can generally be done within an hour.
If you need your tape transferred urgently, we can put a rush on orders to accommodate deadlines.
What size USB do I need to put my tapes onto?
We recommend 1GB per hour. So if you have a 2 hour tape, you will need a 2GB USB. If you have 4 x 4 hour tapes, then you will need a 16GB USB or hard drive.
Large sized USBs can easily be provided for a cost if you need one.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We certainly do. Further discussion can be made to figure out the final price before anything goes ahead.
What if my tape is damaged / too old to convert?
Some basic fixes can be made to tapes, but unfortunately we're unable to guarantee anything. If we're unable to make a transfer, we'll return it with the successful transfers without any additional charge.

Our studio is located in Oakleigh, a couple of minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre. We're conveniently right next to the M1 Freeway, Princess Highway and Warrigal Road.

My name is Ryan Powell, I'm in my 30s and have had a passion for video production my whole life. I've always lived in southeast Melbourne and have over ten years of professional video production experience.
I graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Screen Production and started my own video business in 2020, after years of experience working for others.
I'm always focused on the highest level of quality and care for every project, no matter how big or small.
